Chicken Breast in Cream

 Chicken Breast in Cream makes an easy and delicious meal for company. The chicken is wonderfully tender, and the presentation is fabulous. 8 chicken breasts salt & pepper 3 beaten eggs dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup oil 2 cups heavy cream 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 packages frozen peas Season chicken breasts well with salt and pepper. Dip into beaten egg and roll in dry bread crumbs. Sauté in butter/oil mixture in a pan until golden brown. Place breasts in a large baking dish. Mix cream with 1/4 tsp. salt and garlic; pour over breasts. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally, until chicken is tender. Shortly before it is done, add frozen peas. Peas should be just tender when cooking period is finished.
